Conditions of Provisional Admission

1️⃣ Students must leave the school if:

a) They fail to produce, within a week of the publication of results,

➡️ (i) a pass mark-sheet from their respective Boards

➡️ (ii) a Transfer Certificate from their respective schools.

b) Science students do not secure (35% in aggregate and 35% marks in Science subjects in the Madhyamik Examination as per the School Education Department Memorandum Govt. of West Bengal.

c) They have dual admission, i.e. admission also in another school.



2️⃣ The student will not be entitled to any financial reimbursement if for any reason he must forgo his admission.


3️⃣ A student will be considered to have left the school if he absents himself for more than three days without information. His name will be struck off and he will have no right for readmission.


4️⃣ A student will be asked to leave if he is not regular for class/online class or does not have necessary books and other necessities or is not diligent in his studies.




📄 FORMALITIES OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION:

👥 All students must come with a parent on 13th and 14th April, 2026.

🕘Time: 9:00 a.m.

🗓️ Non-SRS Candidates: 13th April, 2026 - Monday


🗓️ SRS Candidates: 14th April, 2026 - Tuesday


🔷 Under no circumstances can a candidate have a claim for a seat if all the formalities of admission are not completed by 14th April, 2026. Selected candidates must also submit MP/ICSE/CBSE Result, Transfer Certificate, Birth Certificate, Bank Account No. and Passport Photos.
