The following rules, among others, are brought to the notice of all concerned:

1. St. Robert’s admits boys presently studying in Class IV.


2. No postal correspondence is entertained with regard to admissions.


3. Success in the Admission Test does not mean the boy is admitted. Admission is granted only after verifying the information presented in the admission form by an interview, an acceptance of the rules of the school as stated in the School Calendar, especially with regard to academic work, discipline, promotions, participation in co-curricular activities and under conditions nos: 4 - 6 given below.


4. If selected for admission, a Transfer Certificate and a Birth Registration Certificate are essential to get the boy admitted. They must match with respect to the essential information and this will not be altered in future.


5. Under no circumstances can a successful candidate claim a seat after the last date of interview for admission.


6. The student will be summarily dismissed even after admission and during the year if falsification of facts in order to gain admission (especially with regard to studies in Class IV during 2025) is subsequently discovered.
